Ty Bont is an early stone cottage of great character, standing in a quarter of an acre of well-fenced garden backing onto open hillside. It has been refurbished over the winter of 08/09.
The cottage will accommodate four/five people. It consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (plus a folding bed), a bathroom with shower, and a drying room upstairs, and downstairs, a lounge with colour TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker and microwave oven).
Oil fired central heating/hot water is provided, and there is the option for an open coal/log fire in the lounge. There are electric blankets in all beds (except the folding bed) during the cold seasons. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
A telephone is provided for incoming calls only (public call box close by). There is ample off road parking space. Well-mannered pets are welcome.
Weekly holidays begin on Saturday, at 3.30pm, and end at 10.30am the following Saturday. Weekends by arrangement. We request that the cottage be left clean and tidy on departure.
A 25per-cent deposit secures a booking, the remainder to be paid on arrival.
